HOME STAGING INSTALLER / MOVER / Part Time – 3 to 5 Days per Week (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary

Synergy Staging is an award winning, boutique home staging company that has served Portland for over 15 years. We are seeking a Part Time Home Staging Installer / Mover who is a reliable, dedicated, positive, self-starter able to take initiative. Assisting with all staging jobs and warehouse duties are part of the every day areas of responsibility. Moving, loading, and packing furnishings and décor are an essential part of this position. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the home staging business on the job with one of the leading companies in the industry with the highest standards.

Major Duties and Job Responsibilities

  • Assist on all staging jobs (prep, installation, inventory, and removal). This includes moving all furnishings, packing décor, making beds, hanging art, and all other duties required to stage a house to the standards of Synergy Staging.
  • Contributing to the organization of our warehouse. Maintaining and repairing staging items.
  • Ability to work on your own as well as in a team environment.
  • Make sure all staging supplies and items needed for stagings are available and prepped.

Job Requirements

Candidates must have the ability to work with our head designer and team on all staging projects. We take pride in our work and have high expectations for our team members to be on time and represent our company in the most professional manner possible. Friendly communication with homeowners, real estate agents and all clients is a must, as well as appropriate attire.

Previous experience is an advantage but not essential to a successful job application.

Candidate Attributes

Physical Demands – The Installer helps with the moving of all staging furnishings and loading into our truck and on project sites. You must be able to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally more than that amount.

Driving Requirements – Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

Job Location

Clackamas, Oregon (near I-205 and Exit 11) / Projects throughout the Portland Metro Area


A part time hourly position with paid holidays from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour dependent upon experience. Three to five days per week depending on our project schedule. An LGBTQ-owned business with a casual and fun yet professional work environment with lunch often provided. There is room for personal and professional growth.
